Remus ate three sausages for breakfast. He was flushed; he tended to get a bit feverish before the full moon. And he managed to get through a morning class without saying a word to anyone, for fear of losing his temper over the smallest thing.

He was also avoiding Aaron as best he could, but when he went back to the room after class, when he thought Aaron would be out, he discovered he was wrong.

"I thought you'd be at practice," he blurted.

Aaron groaned. It stung, but he wanted it. He grabbed a hold of himself now that he no longer had friction from the bed. To ease the sting he pulled on himself and found the combination of sting and pleasure almost too much already. "Don't stop," he said, hoping his groans weren't making Remus think he was in too much pain.

Remus did not stop. Indeed, he went a little harder, groaning with the amazing pleasure of it. "Aaron..."

It stung. But Aaron didn't want Remus to stop. "Remus-... fuck!" He groaned with pleasure and cursed because he couldn't take it any longer. He couldn't do much here, but he found that Remus' slight roughness were making him want more - more done to him, and more to do to Remus. Right now, though, all this was getting too much. "I'm going to..." he warned.

Remus was trying, he was really trying, to hold back, but it was so difficult. He wanted it, he needed it, more, more...

"Yes now," he groaned, and leaned over Aaron. Without thinking, he bit the back of his shoulder.

"Ah!" Aaron groaned, but he wasn't really thinking if it hurt or if it was pleasure. Whatever it was, it pushed him over the edge and he spilled into his own hand with a loud groan.

Remus continued thrusting through it, panting, moaning Aaron's name. And then he too came with an animal growl, fingers digging into Aaron's hips.

It was overwhelming. Part of him wanted to push Remus away because it was definitely starting to hurt and he was on hands and knees unable to do much. Part of him wanted to take it all and more and more. So he didn't push him away and he took it.

He felt Remus come, but only moved to pull him out when he was certain he was done. Then he turned and kissed him - hard.

Remus wrapped his arms around him and kissed him back, biting his lower lip again... and tasted blood.

Aaron kissed him back, high on the adrenaline of what they'd just done, but pulled back when he tasted blood. He wiped at his lip and looked back to Remus, shocked not because there was blood, but because he feared he'd unleashed something feral in him too early.

For a moment the taste was a bit of a high - Aaron. Mine. But the shocked expression on his face triggered Remus' own surprise. And coming off of the orgasm he felt less frantic. He wiped his mouth. "I - I'm sorry. Did I hurt you?"

"No," Aaron said, relieved. "No, I was afraid I turned you into the wolf early - okay, that sounds stupid, but I was afraid I might have to fight you off now. Glad to see you're still you." He smiled.

Remus managed to smile back, but it was wavering. "I also meant - all of it. You're okay? You... you took such care with me when we... the first time. I - I wanted to do the same for you, but I just..."

"It hurts, a bit," Aaron admitted, not wanting to lie. "But... I really liked it. I've never been-..." Manhandled like that before. Though he couldn't quite say it. "Didn't know I could like that, but...I did."

"Really? That was okay? Good, even?" Remus put his arm around Aaron. "I feel... so much calmer now." Even his skin felt slightly less feverish.

Aaron had let go of his shame for a bit, but now it was coming back. It was so difficult to talk about these things. "It was..." Aaron lay back, letting Remus to rest against him. It was better like this, because he could talk while looking at the ceiling instead of having to look at Remus.

"It was really good. I mean, it did hurt, but... It also felt great. I mean, really, really good. When you got a little... rougher. I liked that."

"Really?" Remus looked genuinely surprised.

"Yeah," Aaron admitted, voice a little small because he was a bit ashamed to admit it. "When you... eh... bit me. I nearly came from that alone."

“Yeah?” Remus was still a little startled, but he turned to look at Aaron’s back. There were teeth marks. “Was it because it hurt or…?”

"No.. Or, I mean, it hurt, but that was the pleasure of it," Aaron admitted. "It felt so intense that it was hard to distinguish. And when you were... inside me... yeah, it was a bit of a sensory overload."

[mooningremus]

Remus stroked his hand along Aaron's bare leg. "I was scared to let myself go like that," he said quietly. "I still am. But god, I'm relieved. That it was okay."

"I'm glad you enjoyed it too," Aaron admitted. Remus always seemed a little pliant and he was really pleased that he could be different too. "You, I mean and not just the wolf."

[mooningremus]

"I did," said Remus hastily. "It felt amazing. I just - I would have taken more care. That could have gone badly." If he hadn't liked it.

[quitollis]

"You took plenty of care," Aaron assured him. "What you did with your tongue... God, that was intense."

He hugged Remus close. "We can do it again some day... See how it's like when there's not a full moon."

Suddenly tears pricked at Remus' eyes. "Why can't I just be normal."

[quitollis]

"What?" Aaron said, surprised at this sudden change. "I didn't mean I didn't like it now. I just thought we might try it on different occasions. To compare or... I don't know. I'm not very good at talking about this stuff... sorry."
